Mike and DiDi have been members of Generations Christian Church for over 15 years. They were instrumental in starting the Praise and Worship Team for a previous church in Arizona. They are both retired. Mike spent his career with the U.S. Air Force and Honeywell, and DiDi worked in the area of criminal prosecution. Mike currently serves in our community on the SALT Board of Directors, with the safety team, and recently rotated off the Elder Board. DiDi has actively led the Women’s Ministry since 2011. She also serves as Team Lead of the Next Steps volunteers. Mike and DiDi currently lead a small group in their home. They have two adult daughters, both married to their high school sweethearts, along with three grandsons, ages 19, 17, and 5.  They enjoy kayaking, spending time outdoors, traveling and spending time with their new dachshunds, Bailey and Cooper.

Rob and Brenda have been attending Generations Christian Church for nearly 8 years. They have been active in leading and attending small groups since moving to Trinity, as well as in their previous church homes. They have been married for 43 years. They have two adult children and five grandchildren, who they enjoy traveling to visit every possible chance.

Doug and Connie Myers met and married in North Carolina, 37 years ago. They actively served in their local church each time they moved through North Carolina, Colorado, and Florida. They’ve spent over 20 years serving with Awanas, Sunday school, small groups, and other kids programs along the way. Connie has retired from working as a hospital-based nurse, and Doug uses his expertise in the healthcare field. Doug & Connie have been members of Generations Christian Church for over 8 years after one of the missionaries and elders at their church in Colorado recommended GCC. They have enjoyed serving at Generations with the Next Steps team, the GKids team, the College and Young Adult groups, and enjoying the Prime Time events when able. They have three adult children, of whom they are very proud, and two grand-kittens. They love boating, fishing, gardening, swimming, working out at the YMCA, and riding bikes when it’s not too hot. Connie also enjoys maintaining and perfecting a reef aquarium. They currently have two spoiled rotten Bengal cats, Amber & Bagheera.

These are traditional groups of 8-15 men, women, couples, singles, or coed adults meeting both on or off campus. These groups may be multigenerational or demographic-specific. They study a sermon-based curriculum every fall and select either a topical study or sermon-based study for the spring. These groups typically commit to meeting for at least two semesters, though it may vary by group. They may meet weekly or biweekly depending on the group leader.

These are individuals who meet weekly on campus to study a sermon-based curriculum. Individuals will be directed to a table based on It is ideal for individuals who are unfamiliar with small groups or uncomfortable going to someone’s house. Table groups meet for a semester then are encouraged to transition to a neighborhood or on-campus small group for continued, consistent Biblical community. These table groups are offered each semester.

These are groups offering Bible-based soul care to individuals based on type of care such as recovery, mental health, or grief. They meet on campus throughout the week. The duration of the care group will vary based on the curriculum.

These are individuals who meet online through Zoom to study the Bible or sermon-based curriculum. They are traditionally one semester long.

These are gender specific groups meeting weekly or biweekly to discuss topical or exegetical curriculums. These are traditionally offered on campus or online.

These are small groups who meet in individual homes around the area. Childcare is at the discretion of the group.

These groups meet on campus in classrooms. They typically have childcare options on campus available to them based on group needs and childcare staff availability. Registration for any offered childcare is required.
