We’re excited to announce our plan to return to in-person services once again!

SUNDAY’S AT 9:30 + 11AM

The below is a summary of the recommended guidelines provided by Florida Department of Public Health (FDPH),  U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This below is a living policy that will be adjusted as needed based on the implementation of new programs, guidance from the CDC, or mandates from federal, state, and local government agencies.

Require attendees to follow our Robust Health Policy: Prior to visiting each location, we ask all attendees to carefully review and abide by our health policy, which requires all attendees to have been healthy for at least 14 days prior to their visit.

Require all Attendees and Staff to Wear Masks: All attendees over the age of 2 and all staff will be required to wear face masks covering the nose and mouth throughout their time in each location. We have some available for anyone who does not have one. Staff will be monitoring each location to make sure all attendees abide by this protocol.

Control Church Daily Attendance Capacity : We will be controlling the maximum daily attendance to maximize the space available to each guest.

Giving: We encourage giving your offering online here for the safest way to give. However, the Give and Respond boxes will be made available and sanitized after each service.

Promote Attendee Separation in the Auditoriums: The seating areas in the auditorium will be reconfigured to encourage plenty of distance between seated individuals and/or families. Seats will be removed or blocked off to promote a clear 6-foot gap between individuals and/or families seated together.

Cleaning: Our custodial staff will maintain the sanitation and disinfection protocols according to CDC guidelines of the entire main building.

Communion: A gloved volunteer will be handing out pre-packaged Communion as you enter the auditorium to anyone who would like to partake in Communion together during the time of response. Please dispose of the cups/lids in a trash receptacle when leaving the auditorium.

Provide Hand Sanitizer Stations: We will have a large number of stations offering free hand sanitizer for attendees.

Continuously Monitor and Sanitize Restroom Areas: Throughout the week our custodial staff will regularly sanitize and disinfect bathrooms. On Sundays we will have a volunteer team who will check each restroom area regularly and who will disinfect all high touch point areas on a regular basis.

Promote Healthy Hand Washing: Clean Hands Regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds.

Clean & Sanitize Staff Work Areas: Staff work areas will be sanitized each work day by our custodial staff according to CDC guidelines.

Pre-visit Attendee On-boarding Program: Attendees listed in our database will receive email information prior to their visit explaining how they can stay safe and have a great day at church by following our basic social distancing and hygiene guidelines. Program will include emails and videos, which will also be posted on our website and social media outlets for future guests.

Display Social Distancing & Hygiene Signage: Signage reminding attendees to practice social distancing and good hand hygiene will be displayed conspicuously throughout each location. Please follow the intentional flow signage at each location.

COVID-19 Training for all Staff and Volunteers: We’ll require all of our staff and volunteers to participate in training programs instructing them how to stay safe and keep our attendees safe.

If you or anyone in your household has the following symptoms or has been in contact with someone within 14 days before service who is Covid-19 positive, we ask that you please stay home and join us for worship online.

• Cough
• Fever/Chills
• Headache
• Difficulty Breathing

We encourage everyone who visits our location to wear a mask throughout the public areas such as the lobby, and rest rooms. Once a person is seated in the Worship Center they can remove their mask. Once the service has completed they can place the mask on to return to the public areas.
