The Assistant Sports Director of GSports will be responsible for assisting with the successful execution of GSports programs and activities.   This role supports the program director in duties ranging from field management to administrative and marketing work for the program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for field management including but not limited to, setting up field depending upon the need of the sport, field tear down after events, and overall field maintenance.
  • Assists in field rental sales & management. This is accomplished through procuring interest in field rental, managing the calendar of events and ensure that rental agreements are fulfilled.    
  • Responsible for facilitation of leagues including but not limited to the following activities: registration management, assisting with scheduling of coaches & volunteers, communication to leagues, and equipment management.
  • Assist in promotion (through various marketing and social media outlets) of GSports programs & leagues. Assist in the development of the programs.
  • Works in conjunction with the Commons Administrative Assistant on daily tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Capabilities:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Degree or GED equivalent

The Commons Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative operation of CrossFit Seven Springs and Tru Fitness gyms.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing the front desk of the fitness center with duties ranging from, but not limited to; processing health waivers and new member paperwork, class enrollment monitoring; greeting new clients, responding to inquires on membership fees, class schedules, childcare offerings etc.
  • Responsible for managing phones, email, and social media accounts and responding to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for member management & member services including billing and invoicing.
  • Management of WODify scheduling and workout system.
  • Assists in marketing and promotions for the gyms through various media outlet including social media, business to business, and cross promotions.

The Event Coordinator will serve under the direction of the Executive Director. The primary responsibility of this role is to answer inquiries to rent the facility, process paperwork and at time work the event.  This requires having knowledge of church and its ministries in order to answer questions efficiently.   Other administrative support will be expected.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  1. Receive, screen, and book events. Obtain approval if necessary.
  2. Completed rental agreements are completed and received for each event and payment received in full.
  3. Input bookings and needs into calendaring and project management software.
  4. Communicate with staff prior to events to ensure they are clear on expectations and if any clarity is still missing.
  5. Ensure supplies are setup if necessary, linens if requested are setup and all are cleaned and put back for the next day.
  6. If multiple or events over 150 people are booked, the Event Coordinator will be present to ensure an exceptional experience.
